I told you that I would post the other of my favs from $2 cards last weekend, and here it is!
Stamps: Friends 24-7
Colours: Not Quite Navy, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, and Old Olive markers, Versamark and Pumpkin Pie inks
Accessories: 1 1/4” and 1 3/8” circle punches, pumpkin grosgrain ribbon, dimensionals, sponges, Pastels/chalks and a cotton ball for background technique
Popping Pastels Background: To create the pretty soft background images I used the “popping pastels” technique. Simply stamp your image in Versamark on your cardstock, and then with a cotton ball pick up some colour from your chalks/pastels and very softly brush over top of the Versamarked image. The chalks will stick to the Versamark and leave you with a really soft and pretty image.
