There have been a few problems with the new Stampin' Up! catalogue where some pages are falling out. It has been determined that the issue is affecting approximately 5 percent of the catalogues - with the majority of problems in the section of pages 147–158.
If you have a current catalogue, you can test your catalogue by doing the following:
- Place your Idea Book & Catalogue on a flat surface.
- Open to page 147.
- Run your palm along the gutter between pages 146 and 147 - as you would to prevent the pages from turning.
- Pick up the entire catalogue by page 147.
If any of the pages in your catalogue fall out, please contact me and I will arrange a new catalogue for you.
