SCRAPS & PUNCHES - THE PERFECT PAIR!

If you are anything like me you have a TON of scraps of cardstock, designer paper, and everything else.  The question is how to use all those smaller pieces that are too good to throw out, but are just taking up space in your scrap files?  That is where punches are a real life saver! 

I made this little 3.5 x 3.5" gift card out of scraps from the scrap file.  I punched the 5 petal flowers from a couple of scraps of Petals & Paisley designer paper, added a dimensional and a rhinestone brad and there's the really simple focal point for this little gift card. 

I stamped the background with the Polka Dot background stamp, added a little "For You" tag (punched with the word punch) and 5 minutes later it's ready to go!!

You will be surprised at what you can get out of those scraps, so don't throw them away - recycle them by punching up a storm!!
