Okay, so I know I've been a little sloppy about posting, but I've been crazy busy - mostly stamping with lots of you guys! I was down in Wellington this past weekend hanging with my new downline there (Hi Shelley and Diane!!). I had such a fabulous time and got to meet a lovely lady named Kath as well (Hi Kath!). It was an exhausting 24 hours , especially since I drove down Saturday morning, drove back Sunday morning to get home at noon only to have $2 cards at my house at 1pm!!! Still - I can't complain when stamping is involved ...
Anyway, back to the cards! I wanted to share with you the first 2 cards I have made with Voila. I have wanted this set for ages since I saw it in the US catalogue, so it was high on my wish list when it appeared in the new catalogue. I just think he's so cute and so versatile - depending on what you put in his hand he can do anything or be anything you want him to be. The first is just me playing around, the 2nd is a birthday card for Dad for tomorrow. It looks pink in the picture, but in real life it's Purely Pomegranate - love that colour!!
I figured it was safe to put his birthday card up tonight as Dad doesn't read my blog, just Mum! See you tomorrow night for dinner Mum (what would I do without my Mum!!) ...
